We at JKL understand the value of friendship and as a family we want no one to feel alone, that's why we offer our companionship services.

This can be as simple as a visit to chat, going out for lunch, going shopping or even taking you to an appointment. It's completely up to you and we make sure your companion is someone you can call a friend.

All companions are brought for a meet and greet to make sure you feel comfortable and happy.

Companionship and Social Support

At JKL we pride ourselves in battling social isolation and the overwhelming loneliness that those in our society can become victim too.

We are here to help you. Regardless of you or your loved ones situation we can have our experts discuss with yourself how JKL or another organisation can assist you in bettering either you or your loved ones circumstances.

Currently we provide companionship and social assistance to a variety of individuals from assisting young carers right through to providing companions for those who simply just want a new friend.

Although a paid service we tailor this support to you and our personal assistants pride themselves in the work they do and usually build great long lasting relationships with their companions.

JKL Care Services Rate

JKL Care Services cost breakdown:

This can be paid to us by the local authority or through a self directed support budget. There can also be a private contract set up either to top up the self directed support budget or to pay the prices directly.

JKL Mobility Hire

The JKL Mobility Car is available for hire. The vehicle can accommodate a driver, two passengers and one wheelchair. With wheelchair access the vehicle provides the opportunity for anyone to get back out into the community.

Prices average between £5 per hour and £15 per day. Fuel must be paid for by the hiring party.
